Notes I actually use to get through PGDA

Hi, I'm Courts. I am currently doing the same PGDA/CTA year you're doing now, after tutoring accounting all through my undergrad — so writing these notes is really an extension of that: taking a section and rebuilding it into something you could revise from in a single sitting.

Each section is a standalone PDF: the principle, the standard or section of the Act, the calculation layout, and the traps that cost marks in tests. Written in plain language, laid out to be readable on a laptop or printed.

You don't have to buy a whole module. If deferred tax is the thing keeping you up, buy deferred tax.

What format are the notes in?

Every section is a PDF. Open it on a laptop, tablet or phone, or print it — the layout holds up either way.

Do I have to buy a full module?

No. Sections are sold individually so you can buy only the topics you're weak on.

Which syllabus do these follow?

The SAICA PGDA/CTA syllabus, with taxation based on current South African legislation and IFRS as applied in the local programme.

How do I get my notes after paying?
